We here at Sonik care work with Victorian participants in NDIS and would like to welcome you with a warm heart. Currently we are working with self or planned managed participants only. We assure you that, you will receive exceptional disability care services provided with a lot of love, respect, accountability and you can trust us with provision of the best quality care despite your back ground. We believe everyone is very important and furthermore disability is not inability. We services Mickleham and surroundings and we don't mind stretching further if need be. ABOUT SONIK CARE
Sonik Care support Victorian participants who are in National Disability Insurance scheme (NDIS) to give the best quality services. Currently we are working with self or planned managed participants only. The participant must be below 65 years old to be eligible for NDIS funding.
We are passionate and offer a friendly platform where we interact, discuss, learn individual personal needs and activities that the person engages in that are meaningful/helpful to their lives.
The services are then tailored to individuals needs instead of generalization. We encourage and support participant to be independent when able and safe to do so. Safety matters because everyone is very important!. Don't forget that participants will have control of their care, Sonik Care maintain privacy and dignity. Have duty of care, add lots of love to your care. Cultural awareness and understanding will not be forgotten.

OUR SERVICE
ï‚· 4.3 Management of Medication
We come to you and administer medications or Telehealth if that's
suits you.
ï‚· 4.5 Management of Waste
ï‚· 0101 - Accommodation/Tenancy.
We offer SIL, SDA and respite accommodation services.
ï‚· 0107 - Assist-Personal Activities
These activities include but are not limited to:
Household duties, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene care, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, cooking,
assisting and supporting while traveling to attend appointments. Budgeting, managing bills and shopping.
Self care and self management.
ï‚· 0114 - Community Nursing Care
This will include, Medication management, Diabetes management, PEG & NG Tube care, wound care,
Catheter care and Stoma care among many more.

DIABETES MANAGEMENT
If you suffer from this silent killer Diabetes as i call it especially if you are young.
​
HERE ARE SOME TIPS:
​
1) Maintain your BGL Levels as per your GP advice. Make sure you check your BGL as advised by your Doctor.
Infarct try and normalize checking your levels and don't mind what people around you will say.
​
2) Take care of your Legs, especially between your toes by making sure they are dry especially after shower. Report to your GP any abnormalities ASAP before its too late.
​
3) Excises, eat healthy and in moderation, most importantly check your BGL before you eat.
​
